  • Must be of good character * Honest * Punctual and trustworthy * Willing to learn and work hard with can do attitude * Strong communicating skills and love the real estate industry * Good grooming * Fluent in English * Excellent computer and office equipment skills.

Requirements for Chinese-English translator:

  • Must be of good character * Honest * Punctual and trustworthy * Willing to learn and work hard with can do attitude * Strong communicating skills and love to talk to people * Good grooming * Very Fluent in English and excellent translation skills * Excellent computer skills (no need of NAATI certificate)

Requirements for real estate agent:

  • * Must be of good character * Honest * Punctual and trustworthy * Willing to learn and work hard with can do attitude * Strong communicating skills and love the real estate industry * Good grooming * Hold an agent’s representative licence * Hold driver licence and have own car (no experience required because character and personality are more important than knowledge in this industry)

Requirements for loan manager:

  • Must be of good character * Honest * Punctual and trustworthy * Willing to learn and work hard with can do attitude * Strong communicating skills and love the real estate industry * Good grooming * Hold loan manager certificate * Hold driver licence and have own car.
